I dedicated this site to my Son who was born with Dairy, Egg and Nut allergies. I myself have allergies to Fish and Nuts. Navigating allergies is difficult and I want to share recipes, tips and hacks to navigate them.
Allergies have been on the rise in recent years, affecting an increasing number of people worldwide. This trend is particularly concerning as it can lead to significant discomfort, reduced quality of life, and even serious health complications. I want to share experiences, tips and mainly recipes to support allergy sufferers.
I love experimenting and trying different recipes I see on TV, online and in recipe books. I am heavily influenced by my parents cuisine from Mauritius and Trinidad. I love altering recipes to support the allergies in our household as often a new recipe is born!
